The date for the 2024 bed race team briefing has been announced

The 2024 bed race team briefing will take place on Wednesday 15th May at the WMC on Kirkgate. The talk will kick off at 7pm so come along beforehand so grab a drink, your pack and a seat.

We have a new insurance policy this year and so are having to be a little more formal with arrangements. At least one member of the team or your captain must attend the briefing to hear the talk and then cascade the information to their teammates.

At the meeting you’ll get your race numbers, wrist bands and paper copies of the safety notes etc. (this will also be email out after the event)

ID must be brought along to prove you are a member of the team. Packs can't be collected by someone on your behalf and they won’t be dropped off if you can’t attend.

There will be a separate safety briefing for marshals so please ensure their detail are on the portal so we can contact them. Date and venue to be confirmed and information will be shared soon.

If you were lucky enough to win a trophy last year please return it at the meeting so we can give it to this year’s winner on the day. If it needs engraving, Knaresborough Lions have an account at Nottingham Jewellers in the Market Place.
