Now that the lighter nights are with us and teams have started their training, Knaresborough Lions have revealed the running order for the 2024 Great Knaresborough Bed Race. GH Brooks Men will start in first position, aiming to defend their crown. Remember though, whether you are starting off in first place or 90th spot, you are all fantastic for taking part.
